We’re excited to share that the new CUE Broadcast platform is officially live on the Google Play Store — and the Amazon Appstore version has also been released for compatible devices. If you’ve been waiting to upgrade, now is the perfect time.
How to Upgrade
To access the new platform, you will need one of the following:
• An ONN device (highly recommended), or
• Any device with access to the Google Play Store, or
• Any device that supports the Amazon Appstore
For the best and most reliable streaming experience, we strongly recommend the ONN 4K Pro streaming device. It provides the fastest, most consistent performance with our new platform.
Important: Uninstall All Old CUE Apps First
Before installing the new platform, please uninstall any older versions of the CUE app from your device.
Follow these steps:
1. Force Stop the current CUE app
2. Clear Cache
3. Clear Data
4. Uninstall the old app
5. Open the Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore
6. Search “CUE Broadcast”
7. Install the new app
8. Log in using your streaming username or email and your 12-digit Streaming Access Code (found in your Back Office)
Firestick Users – Please Read
We understand that many users prefer the Firestick, and we know this may be frustrating. However, during testing, we discovered that the Firestick is interfering with the performance of our new platform, causing issues such as buffering, freezing, and overall unstable playback.
Due to these performance problems and system changes Amazon is making to the Firestick, we recommend you switch to the ONN Device.
To ensure smooth, trouble-free streaming, we highly recommend using an ONN device for the best performance.

To
ensure you receive the updated platform, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Force Stop & Clear the CUE App
1. Press the Home button on your remote.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Applications → Manage Installed Applications.
4. Scroll down and select your CUE app.
5. Choose Force Stop.
6. Select Clear Data.
7. Select Clear Cache.
Step 2: Uninstall ALL CUE Apps
1. Press the Home button on your remote.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Applications → Manage Installed Applications.
4. Scroll through your list and uninstall every CUE-related app you see.
Step 3: Clear Downloader Files
1. Go back to your home screen.
2. Open the Downloader app.
3. Go to Settings (inside Downloader).
4. Select Clear Data.
5. Select Clear Cache.
6. Return to the main Downloader screen.
Step 4: Reinstall
1. In Downloader, click inside the URL/Search bar.
2. Type in: 6002308
3. Press Go.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to install the CUE Broadcast app.
